When the Demolition of the brick and Application of the new Facade is underway

1. Unit owners will not have access to the garage during the day

2. Currently time allotted per unit is 4 weeks from the beginning to end of the installation of the new façade

3. The period of time of work on the facade may vary depending on weather

 

When the construction of the stoops are underway

1. Unit owners will not have access to the front door until the stoops are completed

2. Currently time allotted per unit is 16 days from the beginning to end of the construction of the new stoops

3. The period of time of work on the stoops may vary depending on weather

The Ocean East renovation project will once again commence in March.

The following anticipated schedule is what we should expect for purposes of planning.
Please be advised that unit owners will have limited access to their units during the days work is to be conducted. All unit owners will have access to their units off hours but please keep in mind that when the stoop work is performed, there will be no access to the front entrances until work is concluded.
